Garage purge, basement cleanout, a remodel that's generating more debris than your trash cans can handle — we drop a container in your driveway, you fill it on your own schedule, and we haul it away. One flat price, no surprises.
Residential jobs are most of what we do, and they're rarely as simple as "clean out a garage." One call might be a family finally sorting through a parent's house near Fountain Square, decades of belongings included. The next is a homeowner in Cogan's Crossing tearing out a bathroom themselves over a long weekend, or someone in an older home near downtown pulling out flooring that's been there since before WKU expanded its campus. Different jobs, same basic need: somewhere to put everything that isn't going in a regular trash pickup.
What makes residential different from a construction job isn't the size of the mess — it's the mix. A garage cleanout might have old paint cans, a broken recliner, yard tools, and cardboard all in the same pile, and knowing what goes in the dumpster versus what needs a separate stop actually matters here more than on a job site where it's mostly one type of debris.
Years of accumulated stuff, old furniture, and things you've been meaning to get to. A 10 or 15 yard handles most of these.
Clearing an entire home before a sale or after a family transition. These usually need a 20 to 30 yard and sometimes a second load.
Kitchen, bathroom, or flooring projects homeowners tackle themselves on weekends. A 15 or 20 yard covers drywall, cabinets, and old fixtures.
Getting rid of furniture and belongings you're not taking to the new place. Timed around your move date, not a fixed schedule.
Fallen limbs, old fencing, and yard debris — including the aftermath of the kind of storms Warren County sees most springs.
Landlords near WKU clearing out a unit after a tenant moves, especially heavy every May and August. See our moving & move-out page for details.

Most single-room or garage cleanouts fit in a 10 yard container. A full basement, attic, or multi-room purge usually calls for a 15 or 20 yard. If you're clearing an entire house, size up to 30 yard rather than risk a second delivery. When in doubt, call and describe what you're getting rid of — we'll size it based on the actual job, not a guess.
Yes, and that's where most homeowners keep it. A driveway spreads the container's weight evenly and doesn't require a City of Bowling Green right-of-way permit. If your driveway can't fit it or an HOA has placement rules, we can place it on the street instead, but that does require a quick permit filing, which we handle for you.
Standard residential rentals run 10 to 14 days, which covers most weekend projects and slower-paced cleanouts alike. If you need more time for a bigger job, tell us upfront and we'll price an extended rental — it's usually cheaper than rushing to fill it and scheduling a second delivery.
No. Tell us exactly where on the property to set it down and we'll deliver it whether you're home or not, and the same goes for pickup — call or text when you're done, or we'll pick it up automatically at the end of your rental window.
Paint, tires, batteries, propane tanks, and appliances with refrigerant like refrigerators or window AC units all need a separate disposal path. Furniture, household junk, yard waste, and general renovation debris are all fine. See our full accepted and prohibited materials guide for the complete list, or our mattress, couch & appliance guide for that specific breakdown.
Tell us what you're dealing with and you'll get a flat price and a delivery window in the same call.
