The 20 yard is the size we quote most often, and it earns that spot by covering the two jobs we get called about constantly: kitchen remodels and roof tear-offs. A kitchen gut job produces more debris than people expect once cabinets, countertops, flooring, and drywall are all coming out at once, and a single-story reroof up to about 20 squares of shingles fits here too, assuming it's not stacked with two or three old layers underneath, which is common enough on older homes near downtown and around WKU that it's worth mentioning when you call.

About 16 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 5 feet tall. It fits in most driveways, though it's noticeably bigger than the 10 or 15 yard, so let us know if your driveway is on the narrow side.
Typically $375 to $525, depending on rental length and weight. The flat rate includes delivery, pickup, and a standard weight allowance, and we'll flag upfront if a job looks like it'll run heavier than average, like a roof with multiple shingle layers.
For most single-story roofs up to about 20 squares, yes. Two-story homes, steep pitches, or roofs with two or three layers of old shingles — common on older houses near downtown and WKU — usually need a 30 yard instead, since weight becomes the limiting factor before volume does.
